Last week my husband and I went to Côte d'Azur.
In Côte d'Azur there are many small villages called "Nid d'aigle (Eagle's nest)".
La Turbie is one of them, and situated at about 500m altitude.
You can see the beautiful view over Monaco.
We strolled in the tranquil old town.
There is a Roman monument "Trophée des Alpes".
Unfortunately it was closed, so we couldn't enter.
