Last Sunday, my husband and I took a walk along the Rhone River.

The sun was shining and brightening the fresh leaves.

Here is Jonction, where the Rhone river and Arve River meet.
You can see clearly the two different colours from the two rivers.

We continued to walk to the Butin bridge.

I am now in Kyoto, Japan.

I visited Jonangu Shrine.
This shrine has a beautiful garden with flowers and plants featured in the Tale of Genji.

The season of flowers (e.g. wistera, azalea, iris etc.) was alomost over.
But fresh green of bamboo and maple tree was very beautiful.

We ate French "Kaiseki" (traditional multi-course Japanese dinner) for a reasonable price.
Everything was very delicious!!
